Greenburgh 9/11 Memorial to be Restored in Time for 10th Anniversary of National Tragedy

The Town of Greenburgh, ArtsWestchester and Rotary Clubs International are working to restore the People's Memorial Wall at Presser Park (formerly Webb Park) on Central Avenue in Greenburgh. The memorial wall originally consisted of 1800 tiles that were created by hundreds of Westchester residents in 75 workshops sponsored by ArtsWestchester with funding from Project Liberty-Westchester, a program financed by the Federal Emergency Management Association and guided locally by the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health.
