ADAM MCCARTHY Vice President, Physical Production Adam McCarthy is a production executive at Universal Studios residing in , CA. He grew up in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and attended Boston University.

In 1993, he moved to Los Angeles, and served on several movies as a production assistant. In 1997, he moved back to the East Coast, where he began his career as a location manager on such as “Say You’ll be Mine” and “Outside Providence”.

In 1999, he began working with the on films such as “Me, Myself & ”, “”, and “Stuck on You”. In 2004, he started to production supervise feature films such as “Fever Pitch” starring Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore. He continued to supervise on films such as “The Proposal”, “” and ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”. Before joining Universal Studios, Adam was a co-producer on “” for 20th Century Fox and “” for Universal Studios.
