ORDER CONFIRMATION Your Swank Account Executive will give you an immediate verbal confirmation in addition to mailing you a written confirmation. Call if your written confirmation is not correct. Confirmations can also be obtained via e-mail.

PRICING AND PAYMENT Prices are for a one day rental. Additional fees apply for extra days. If you charge admission, your movie rental rate is a flat rate versus 50% of your gate receipts, whichever is greater. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Pricing is subject to change based on success of title, audience size and release date.

DELIVERY OF YOUR MOVIE Your movies will arrive at least two business days before your show date. If your print has not arrived, call your Swank Account Executive. A full inspection of your DVD is required at that time. PAYMENT OF YOUR FULL RENTAL FEE IS REQUIRED IF THERE IS NOT NOTIFICATION TO YOUR SWANK ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT LEAST ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO YOUR SHOW REGARDING UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED PRINTS. *You may also choose to purchase/rent your own DVD instead of ordering one from Swank.

RETURNING YOUR MOVIE Movies must be returned on the first business day following the scheduled showing. Charges may apply for any delay in returning movies. Future bookings are dependent upon your timely return of all movies!

Swank includes postage for your convenience on 16mm and DVD shipments. The shipping and handling charge includes postage for delivery to you and return to Swank. You are responsible for the movie while it is in your possession and until Swank receives it at our facility in Elmhurst, Illinois.

CANCELLATION Any film may be cancelled without obligation provided that Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. receives written notification fourteen (14) days before the film is shipped, or the full rental and handling charges must be paid. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN A DISCOUNTED PACKAGE PROGRAM ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PRICE ADJUSTMENT: THE PRICES OF THE REMAINING FILMS BOOKED IN THAT PACKAGE WILL BE INCREASED TO THE FULL RENTAL RATE PRIOR TO THE PACKAGE DISCOUNT. If your film has already shipped out, you are responsible for payment at that time.
