Sealed Tender in single packet, for licensing of the Contract of Cycle/Motorcycle/Scooter/Car Parking stand for a period of 03(three) years only, at 29 locations viz. Khagraghat Rd., Balarambati, Belmuri, Tarakeswar, Porabazar, Agradweep, Sibaichandi, Behula, Bally, Gurap, Janai Road, Mogra, Debipur, Katwa(BG), Dainhat, Hooghly, Bandel, Gobra, Tarakeswar(Comp.), Barddhaman(NG), Memari, Bagnapara, Khamargachi, Diarah, Kamarkundu, Barddhaman(Com.), Barddhaman(2Tier), Kopai, Srirampur-ll stations over Howrah Division are invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah. Tender for each station shall be treated as separate tender.

1. NAME OF WORK AND ITS LOCATION: Operation of Cycle/Motorcycle/Scooter/Car Parking stand at 29 locations viz. Khagraghat Rd., Balarambati, Belmuri, Tarakeswar, Porabazar, Agradweep, Sibaichandi, Behula, Bally, Gurap, Janai Road, Mogra, Debipur, Katwa(BG), Dainhat, Hooghly, Bandel, Gobra, Tarakeswar(Comp.), Barddhaman(NG), Memari, Bagnapara, Khamargachi, Diarah, Kamarkundu, Barddhaman(Com.), Barddhaman(2Tier), Kopai, Srirampur-ll over Howrah Division. 2. APPROXIMATE COST (Reserve Price) & EARNEST MONEY: Different for each station. Details are available in Tender Document and Notice Board at the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas (4 th floor), Howrah – 711101.

3. COST OF TENDER FORM – Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) only for parking contract at Tarakeswar(Composit), Barddhaman(Com.), Barddhaman(2Tier), Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only for parking contract at Tarakeswar, Agradweep , Sibaichandi , Bally, Mogra, Debipur, Katwa(BG), Dainhat, Hooghly,Barddhaman(NG), Memari, Kamarkundu, Srirampur(ll) stations & Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only for parking contract at Khagraghat Rd., Balarambati, Belmuri, , Porabazar, , Behula, Gurap, Janai Road, Bandel, Gobra, Bagnapara, Khamargachi, Dirah, Kopai stations.

4. PERIOD OF WORK (CONTRACT): 03 (three) years.

5. TENDER FORM & DOCUMENTS can be purchased from the office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas (4 th floor), Howrah – 711101 on any working day from 29.03.15 to 19.04.15 (11hrs. to 17hrs.) and 20.04.15(11hrs. to 12hrs.) on submission of original Money Receipt obtainable from Misc. cash counter, Booking Office / Howrah (Old Complex) and can be downloaded from the official website www.easternrailway.gov.in & www.tendertimes.com .

6. DATE & TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER: From 29.03.15 to 19.04.15 (11hrs. to 17hrs.) and 20.04.15(13 hrs.)

7. OPENING OF TENDER: 20.04.15(14hrs.)
