"As we have previously disclosed, the intention of this initiative is to provide interim debt service and financial covenant relief during the current global health crisis to cruise-line borrowers with respect to their Hermes-guaranteed financings," Royal Caribbean said, in a regulatory filing. In addition, the company announced it had amended the export-credit backed loan facilities incurred to finance the Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Equinox, Celebrity Solstice and Celebrity Silhouette in order to incorporate the benefits of the Debt Holiday."Across the Quantum facility described above and these four facilities, the Debt Holiday amendments will generate approximately $250 million of incremental liquidity through April 2021. Op zondag 19 april 2020 hebben wij de laatste strook geplaatst van het stripverhaal 'Kappie en de vervuiling'.Met ingang van zondag 3 mei 2020 zal de Facebook-pagina van het Nationaal Sleepvaart Museum, dus elke week (ook weer op zondag) worden gesierd met een strook van het stripverhaal 'Kappie en de wrakker'. Vanaf die zelfde datum zal dit verhaal ook wekelijks ge-update worden via de website van het Nationaal Sleepvaart Museum. Deze strip, over een sleepbootkapitein, maakt deel uit van de nalatenschap van Marten Toonder en de auteursrechten zijn en blijven dan ook eigendom van de 'Stichting het Toonder Auteursrecht'. Dankzij de medewerking en ondersteuning van die stichting is het ons museum mogelijk gemaakt om deze strip te gaan plaatsen, en het museum wil via deze weg graag haar dank daarvoor kenbaar maken. Photo : Arie van Oudheusden.(c) GasPort LNG Terminal Achieves ISO Certifications Pakistan GasPort Consortium Limited (PGPCL), which owns and operates Pakistan’s single largest LNG storage and regasification terminal at Port Qasim, has received ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS—UK Branch for its compliance to global standards for management system standards in LNG, transfer, storage, regasification and RLNG delivery and safety. ‘As GasPort puts high priority in providing a safe and healthy work environment for its team members handling LNG operations, noted Chairman GasPort Iqbal Z.Ahmed, compliance to such standards will guide GasPort in scaling up its successful operations and bring in private LNG cargoes by tapping into the lower global LNG spot rates so that the weighted average cost of gas can reduce for the benefit of the industry and households.’PGPCL Terminal comprises a state-of-the-art Floating Storage Regasification Unit, which was built in 2016 by Samsung Heavy Industries in Busan, and is permanently moored at Port Qasim under a 15-year agreement between PGPCL and BW Group, a Norway-based shipping company.
