The declaration takes effect from the date of its publication in the gazette, pursuant to section 76E(3) of the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971.

Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

NOTIFICATION OF DECLARATION AND REVOCATION OF A STATE-CONTROLLED ROAD

Notice is hereby given under sections 24 and 25 of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994, that the road or route, or part of the road or route described in the schedule is hereby declared or revoked as a State-controlled road, as the case may be. As required by the abovementioned sections of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994, the relevant local government has been notified and the declaration described in the schedule below is consistent with the department’s transport infrastructure strategies.

The area (that is, alignment and width) of the State-controlled road described in Appendix II shall apply to the full width of the road corridor, where the existing trafficked route is contained within a surveyed road corridor, provided that, where the existing trafficked route is contained within a State reserve, State forest, timber reserve, vacant State land or pastoral holding, the area (that is, alignment and width) shall apply to 30 metres each side of the centre line of the trafficked route.

Sustainable Planning Act 2009 IPSWICH CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE ADOPTION OF MINOR AMENDMENTS TO THE IPSWICH PLANNING SCHEME PLANNING SCHEME MINOR AMENDMENT PACKAGE 05/2013 Notice is given under section 117 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 that on 17 September 2013, Ipswich City Council resolved to make and adopt minor amendments to the Planning Scheme for the City of Ipswich. The planning scheme amendments will have effect on and from 4 October 2013. The purpose and general effects of the minor amendments are listed below. Amendment to the following to reflect the outcomes of development approvals and ministerial designations for community infrastructure: • zoning and "indicative" zone boundaries of Zoning Maps Z15, Z16 and Z25; • Bushfire Risk Areas Overlay Map (OV1); and • Difficult Topography Overlay Map (OV4).
