Checking in : Unit D1-E - Entrance is on the Ground Level with the front door facing Hunter Mountain. Entry is by using Keypad on Door. Enter code and press Unlock There are separate thermostats for the living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

When Leaving : Please leave dirty towels in bathroom, dirty linens on top of Beds. Please make sure all dishes and cooking tools are washed and put away. Leave remote controls for Cable Box, TV and DVD/VCR on top of TV Stand. Make sure all sliding doors and windows are locked. Make sure all lights are off. Make sure Shutoff value for washer is in OFF position. Heat in the bedroom and living room should be set to 50, and to Minimum in bathroom If you use any firewood, please replace firewood inside with firewood from outside pile next to door so that the next people staying here have dry firewood to use. Please take all garbage out when leaving for final time. Front Door should be locked. PLEASE MAKE SURE FIREPLACE FLUE IS CLOSED – handle toward back of fireplace. Directions from New York : Take I 87, NYS thruway, North to Exit 20, For Saugerties. The condo is located 18 miles from exit 20. After the Toll Booth, Turn left at Traffic Light. Follow signs for Rt 32 North. Take this to Rt 32A. Take Rt 32A to traffic light, Take left turn onto RT 23A. Take Rt 23A West thru the village of Tannersville (Watch Speed Limit of 30, They are strict). After Tannersville, travel about 3 miles. Make a right turn immediately after the Welcome to the Village of Hunter Sign. This is Scribner Hollow Rd. Once on Scribner Hollow Road, make a left turn at the second driveway entrance (1/8 mile from RT 23A ). Our Building is straight ahead. Unit D1-E is on the opposite end of building, facing Hunter Mountain. Park next to fence, near the entrance. Do not block main roadway.
