All Physical Education and Games staff are First Aid trained. In addition PGS Saturday 1 February employs Sports Therapists to provide additional medical cover when required. Hilsea has a designated treatment room that is fully equipped. We ask that parents do not approach injuries unless invited.

Due to limited parking available at Hilsea we kindly ask you to park in the Lido Car Park, a short walk away from the playing fields.

v Aylesbury High Lost 2-11 v Cowes Won 8-1 The fantastic news from last week’s results is that our U16 girls have qualified for the v Cokethorpe Won 7-6 v Wycombe Abbey Won 8-5 national netball finals. There were lots of very close matches, particularly the one goal v Wellington College Lost 3-8 v Brighton College Won 10-4 victory over Thornden to secure our place in the nationals; some of the girls did not even v St George's College, Weybridge know if we had won or lost at the final whistle. Our U14 girls were equally impressive 2nd VII v SJC U16a Lost 18-45 finishing third in their pool and just missing out on a semi final place. They have trained U15b v SJG U15a Lost 7-27 U15c v SJG U15b Lost 18-35 really hard this term, meeting before school on Mondays and putting in extra practices at U13b v SJG U13a Lost 11-26 U13b v SJG U13c Lost 8-18 lunchtime. The wet weather is still playing havoc with our rugby fixtures at Hilsea. Fortunately we are Rugby able to use the 4G pitch at HMS Temeraire and will be playing four games back to back this U13 School Sports Magazine National Quarter Final v Brynteg School Lost 5-20 morning. Hopefully the rain will relent this week so that we can go ahead with our annual v Whitgift PGS Sevens on Sunday 9 February. We have 16 top schools from all over the country U17 Won 21-20 coming to Portsmouth so if you are free please pop down to Hilsea for some entertainment.
