Seniority IRS BS-21 On the FBR WEB Portal Also GOVERNMENT OF PAKSITAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ** C. No: 2(3)/82-IR-II Islamabad, the 2nd June, 2011 To: All Members, FBR (Hq) Islamabad All Chief Commissioners-IR RTO’s/LTU’s All Directors General (IR) Subject: REVISION OF SENIORITY OF OFFICERS OF INLAND REVENUE SERVICE BS-17 TO BS-21. The Inland Revenue Service (IRS) was notified on 15.11.2010. Consequently a final seniority list of officers of BS-19 to BS-21 was issued on 14.12.2010 and of BS-17 to BS-18 on 28.12.2010. Several representations were made against the said final seniority list. In order to address the grievances of the petitioners, the Secretary Revenue Division/Chairman, FBR constituted a committee to look into the matter and submit a report. 2. The committee after deliberations and hearing the view points of all the aggrieved officers, submitted its report, in consultation with the Establishment Division, to the Secretary Revenue Division/Chairman FBR. As a consequence, a revised seniority list of BS-17 to BS-21 has been prepared in the light of Establishment Division O.M No F.6/2/2009-CP-II dated 12.09.2009 and in accordance with Section 8 (4) of the Civil Servants Act, 1973 read with Rule 4 of the Civil Servants (Seniority) Rules, 1993. 3. It is requested that the Revised Seniority list may be circulated among officers of IRS seeking their objections, if any, on or before, 17th June, 2011, after which no objections shall be entertained. The objections should be submitted through proper channel by the said date. The seniority list has also been placed on the FBR Web Portal and in the HRMS Login of IRS officers.
