21/3102 APOLOGIES

Cllr Grice gave his apologies and these were ACCEPTED. Cllr Kemp attempted to join the meeting twice but had technical difficulties.

21/3103 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Cllr Armour declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 21/3107 c.

21/3104 MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting on 14th September 2020 were APPROVED, to be signed by Cllr Wells as a true record as soon as possible.

21/3105 MATTERS ARISING

Cllr Armour reported that she and Cllrs Butler, Grice and Tuttey had met with R Galij and D Mitchell of Borough Council in respect of the proposed housing development south of Bunny Lane. She presented the revised proposed plans.

21/3106 CORRESPONDENCE a. Town & Country Planning Act 1990, Section 211, Notice of proposed works to trees in Keyworth Conservation Area. Fell purple leaved plum tree at 33 Main Street – NOTED. b. Email x 2 from residents re hedgerow on Nicker Hill – Cllr Wells had been in touch with Rushcliffe Borough Council in respect of this. The removal of the hedgerow had been included in the relevant planning application reference 20/00428/REM. c. Email from Ruth Edwards MP re: Greater Strategic Plan – NOTED.
