The OCCS will be implemented throughout all work activities of Sydney Metro C&SW and 12 months following the completion of construction. Sydney Metro is responsible for coordinating the construction of Sydney Metro C&SW. The Project Communication team is responsible for implementing this strategy across each contractor team to ensure a coordinated approach to stakeholder and community liaison across the entire program of work.

Roblox is an operationally profitable business (taking into account bookings numbers), and we consider the rumored $8B as a probable valuation at IPO. The valuation multiples in such case would be 5.4x Bookings, 11.0x Revenue, and 27x Free cash flow.

(the US subsidiary of Ansaldo STS SpA), has been awarded a $400.5 million contract from Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) to provide a new metro fleet of railcars and a Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) system for the Baltimore Metro Subway Link. The project features 78 state-of-the-art Hitachi railcars and the replacement of the existing signaling system with an advanced CBTC system by Ansaldo STS. The new Baltimore metro has been designed to be highly innovative in terms of safety, passenger comfort and design, with a 30-year life-cycle capable of providing an average journey of 80,000 miles per year. Each bi-directional vehicle will have a minimum composition of two identical stainless steel cars, "married pair", with the ability for multiple compositions. Each car has 76 seats and a total capacity of 196 passengers. The floor structure guarantees fire resistance for at least 30 minutes, in compliance with the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 130 requirements. Each car is fully-motorized, with an IGBT inverter per each motor bogie. All interiors, seat layouts, arrangement of accessories, and heating and lighting systems are designed to provide maximum comfort to passengers and to meet the requirements for access, travel and movement under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Karlstad (Sweden), August 13 2020 Embracer Group acquires 4A Games Embracer Group AB ("Embracer"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Saber Interactive1, has today entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Malta-based 4A Games Limited (“4A Games”). 4A Games is a top-tier independent AAA PC and Console developer behind the successful Metro franchise and a long-term development partner to the Embracer owned publisher Deep Silver. Through the acquisition, Saber Interactive onboards a reputable team of 150+ people across two studios in Malta and Ukraine as well as best-in-class internally developed and owned First-Person-Shooter (“FPS”) technology to the Group.     Disasters, 2001, 25(4): 308–320 Governing the Borderlands: Decoding the Power of Aid Mark Duffield University of Leeds This article examines aid practice, that is, the public-private contractual networks that link donor governments, UN agencies, military establishments, NGOs, private companies and others, as a relation of global liberal governance. In order to fulfil this function, such networks embody what could be called the ‘securitisation’ of international assistance. Based upon ideas of human security and ameliorating the effects of poverty and vulnerability reduction, aid is now seen as playing a direct security role. Rather than being concerned with relations between states, the primary aim of this security paradigm is to modulate and change the behaviour of populations within them. In doing so, it is able to exploit the opportunities afforded by privatisation. At the same time, however, aid as security is confronted by its own particular problem of ‘governing at a distance’: how can calculations made by leading states be transformed into actions at the global edge when a multitude of private and non-government implementors now intervene? The article concludes by examining the contribution of risk analysis to solving this problem and, especially, the development of new contractual regimes based around technical standardisation, benchmarking and performance auditing. Through such technologies, metropolitan states are learning how to manage the public-private networks of aid practice and, as a result, to govern the borderlands in new ways.
