The OCCS will be implemented throughout all work activities of Sydney Metro C&SW and 12 months following the completion of construction. Sydney Metro is responsible for coordinating the construction of Sydney Metro C&SW. The Project Communication team is responsible for implementing this strategy across each contractor team to ensure a coordinated approach to stakeholder and community liaison across the entire program of work.
