First the business side was swiftly dealt with and the speaker Malcolm Busby was introduced to give a talk entitled Suffolk Tales. The ground covered was extensive from a legend about the bride at Kentwell Hall who on her wedding day said let’s play hide and seek and ran off to hide ---- never to be seen again! To stories of Black Shuck (if you see him you or a loved one will be dead within a year) and the Leiston Abbey dig in May 2014 which excavated the skeleton of a 2.1 m. dog. Stories still abound to this day of people saying they have seen it.
