Although gastric cancer mortality has declined markedly around the world, it remains a worldwide public health problem especially in Asia. The diagnosis and management of gastric cancer has gradually improved over the past decades. Early diagnosis and treatment is believed to be the key to improve the prognosis of gastric cancer. This new book, Gastric Cancer, is committed to make clinicians and researchers gain a better understanding and treating of gastric cancer. It is comprised of eight sections including diagnosis, multidisciplinary approach, surgical research, surgical video, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation therapy and translational research of gastric cancer. Most notably, those 35 surgical video articles surely will provide the readers a more lively reading experience.
