Retail store services, wholesale store services and online retail store services, all featuring shaving gel, lotions for beards, shaving cream, beard dyes, shaving soap, shaving soap, aftershave, alum stones astringents, beard dyes, aftershave creams, shaving gel, aftershave, after-shave preparations, shaving balm, aftershave milk, skin lotion, facial lotion, soap, soaps in liquid form, perfumed soaps, shampoo, shampoo- conditioners, razors, disposable razors, electric shavers, razor blades, containers for razors, razor cases; in Class 35.

When the foregoing amendments are entered, Applicant’s Class 3 and 35

Descriptions will read as follows:

In correspondence dated 29 September 2020, Opposer’s counsel provided its consent to the foregoing amendment.

As Opposer has consented to the foregoing amendment, and the requested

amendment merely serves to narrow the scope of the description of goods and services

for the subject Application, Applicant submits that the amendment is proper and therefore

respectfully requests that the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board issue an Order entering

same.
