5 5 CONTEXT AND METHODOLOGY Sudan INBOUND TO SOUTH SUDAN OUTBOUND FROM SOUTH SUDAN Kapoeta town is located in Kapoeta South County, Eastern Equatoria State, Ethiopia near South Sudan’s border with Kenya.
