It is my opinion, that Brain Boost does aid in memory retention. As a 40something year old adult, I found myself needing to memorize LARGE memory chunks of complex information at a time, with EXACT syntax and verbiage. We all know when we get to a certain age, shifting gears and diving into new subject matter can be a challenge. Learning it and being able to recite it word for word perfectly seems to be an impossibility. I was shocked to not only be able to do that, but to be able to do it with relative ease.

I had issues 30 years ago when I was in school. I was hyperactive and nothing held my attention. Learning was difficult. Doctors put me on all kinds of medication. Later this was called ADHD, and is a common known issue that effects both kids and adults.
