LUXURY OFFICE, RESI PROJECT PLANNED FOR FORMER RUBELL MUSEUM IN

L&L Holding Company is expanding outside of Manhattan for the first time, partnering with Carpe Real Estate Partners in Miami to build a mixed-use project in Wynwood. The two firms are under contract to buy a 3- acre assemblage anchored by the former Rubell Family Collection property on Northwest 29th Street and First Avenue, according to Erik Rutter and David Weitz, co- founders of Carpe Real Estate. The joint venture plans to close on the 15-parcel assemblage in about a year, and is working with five sellers, according to Rutter and Weitz.

LISSETTE CALDERON BUYS LAND FOR THIRD RENTAL PROJECT IN ALLAPATTAH

Developer Lissette Calderon is planning another rental project in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood. Calderon’s TCG Allapattah 14 LLC, an affiliate of Neology Life Development Group, paid $3.6 million for an assemblage at 1470 Northwest 36th Street, property records show. P26 LLC, led by Geoffrey Peckham, sold the parcels, which are in an Opportunity Zone.

GLOBALPRO VENTURES PLANS PROJECTS IN ALLAPATTAH,

GlobalPro Ventures is working on plans for two new projects in Allapattah and Coconut Grove. The firm, led by Daniel Odess and Matthew Sengsourinh, is in the permitting process for the conversion of a six-unit townhouse building into an office building with ground- floor retail space, at 3139 Southwest 27th Avenue in Coconut Grove, the developers said. GlobalPro Ventures acquired the units in late 2018, and plans to move its office to the building. The ground floor will include a roughly 500-square-foot retail/restaurant space.
