Public Hearing Park Presidio Lombard Temporary HOV Lanes Reunión Pública/ 公開會議/ публичное собрание

To support ’s COVID-19 response and economic recovery, and to reduce transit delays and improve reliability, the SFMTA proposes to install temporary high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes for multi-occupant vehicles, other vehicles allowed in HOV lanes, right- turning vehicles and vehicles accessing parking and driveways along sections of Lombard/Richardson and Veterans Boulevard/Park Presidio/Park Presidio Bypass/Crossover Drive. The project would convert the outer lanes to HOV/right-turn lanes, with no other proposed changes to traffic or parking. These streets are used by Muni and Golden Gate Transit. The changes would be reversed following the end of the COVID-19 emergency unless separate actions were taken to make them permanent.

Richardson Avenue, eastbound, from Francisco Street to Lombard Street (US-101) E. Crossover Drive, southbound, from Park Presidio Bypass to Lincoln Way (CA-1) F. Park Presidio Bypass, eastbound, from Crossover Drive to Fulton Street (CA-1) G. Park Presidio Bypass, westbound, from Fulton Street to Crossover Drive (CA-1) H. Park Presidio Boulevard, northbound, from Fulton Street to Lake Street (CA-1) I. Park Presidio Boulevard, southbound, from Lake Street to Fulton Street (CA-1) J. Veterans Boulevard, southbound, from 430 feet north of Lake Street to Lake Street (CA-1)
