The study area was the Marmara Region, one of the most densely populated and ecologically diverse areas in Turkey. Using CORINE land cover data for 2006, 2012, and 2018, the study utilized multiple correspondence analyses and cluster analyses, to analyze land cover changes. The resulting maps, visualized in GIS, revealed the rapid urban transformation of the regional structure, formerly comprised of four distinct areas, into a more complex structure, in which densification and sprawl occur simultaneously. Our findings demonstrated a dissonance between the spatial dynamics of the Marmara Region during the study period, and the capacity and scope of the simultaneously initiated regional policies and mega-projects. This uncoordinated approach has endangered the region’s sustainable development. We started to ease the restrictions on the dispatch of some of our paper publications for July 2020.     LIFESTYLE MIGRATION TO TURKEY: EU CITIZENS LIVING ON THE TURKISH SUNBELT1 İlkay Südaş, PhD [email protected] EGE UNIVERSITY, FACULTY OF LETTERS, DEPARTMENT OF GEOGRAPHY, TURKEY Lifestyle migration terms the migration movement of relatively affluent individuals moving voluntarily to the places where they believe they can lead a better life. This is a form of migration that emerges related to rapid globalization and there is a strong nexus between lifestyle migration and tourism. Repeating previous tourist visits to the destinations are the main connection with the migration areas and purchasing second homes is a “stepping stone” (Casado-Diaz 2012) towards permanent or seasonal retirement migration. Friends and relatives already living in the destination are also influential in migration decision. O’Reilly and Benson (2009, 2) point out that the previous research has attempted to link the mobilities to wider phenomena using umbrella concepts such as retirement migration, leisure migration, international counter-urbanization, second home ownership, amenity seeking or seasonal migration. Combining these different conceptualizations, O’Reilly and Benson (2009) suggest the term “lifestyle migration” which is described as the migration movement of “relatively affluent individuals, moving, en masse, either part or full time, permanently or temporarily, to countries where the cost of living and/or the price of property is cheaper; places which, for various reasons, signify a better quality or pace of life. Lifestyle migrants are individuals with high mobility, permanently or seasonally relocating to the areas in pursuit of a better way of life. The seasonal or permanent migration of elderly northern Europeans towards the coastal areas of Southern European countries like Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Greece has become an important phenomenon.

    TMMOB İNŞAAT MÜHENDİSLERİ ODASI ANTALYA ŞUBESİ 4. BÖLÜM ANTALYA’NIN JEOLOJİSİ VE DEPREMSELLİĞİ 4.1. ANTALYA’NIN COĞRAFİ ÖZELLİĞİ Antalya, Türkiye’nin güneyinde, Akdeniz kıyısında yer almaktadır. Antalya, Burdur ve Isparta illerinin oluşturduğu Batı Akdeniz Bölgesinin en büyük kenti ve merkezi konumundadır. Kıyı kenti ve turizm merkezi olan Antalya’nın körfezi, asimetrik olup güney doğuda Gazipaşa ile güney batıda Yardımcı Burnu arasındaki uzunluğu yaklaşık 280 km. dır. Türkiye topraklarının %2.6’sını oluşturan Antalya İlinde ülke nüfusunun %2.5’i yaşamaktadır. Antalya İli’nin; Merkezi İlçe, Akseki, Alanya, Elmalı, Finike, Gazipaşa, Gündoğmuş, İbradi, Kale, Kaş, Kemer, Korkuteli, Kumluca, Manavgat ve Serik olmak üzere 15 ilçe, 19 bucak ve 545 köyü bulunmaktadır. İlin toplam yüzölçümü 20.723 km2 dir.(4) 4.2. ANTALYA’NIN JEOLOJİSİ VE TEKTONİĞİ Antalya bölgesinde Prekambriye’den günümüze kadar oluşmuş kaya birimleri yüzeylenir. Oldukça farklı ortam koşullarında gelişmiş olan bu kaya birimlerinin bir kısmı otokton, bir kısmı ise allokton konumludur. Antalya bölgesinin batı ve kuzey batısında Beydağları otoktonu, kuzey doğusunda ise Anamas – Akseki otoktonu yeralır. Beydağları otoktonun yaşlı kaya birimleri üzerinde Paleosen ve Eosen çökelekleri bazı alanlarda sığ deniz ortamında çökelmiş karbonatlarla temsil edilirken, bazı alanlarda daha derin deniz ortamında çökelmiş kumtaşı, kiltaşı, kireçtaşı vb. kaya türleri ile temsil edilir. Beydağları otoktonu Daniyen’de Antalya naplarının, Langiyen’de de Likya naplarının yerleşimine sahne olmuştur. Anamas - Akseki otoktonun yaşlı kaya birimleri üzerinde Orta - Üst Triyas yaşlı kumtaşı, kireçtaşı ve şeyl’ler, bu şeyl’ler üzerinde de genellikle Jura - Kretase yaşlı kireçtaşları bulunur. Paleosen-Eosen, Anamas - Akseki otoktonunda kireçtaşı ve kırıntılı kayalarla temsil edilir. Anamas - Akseki otoktonunu güney kenarında Daniyen’de Antalya napları ve Alanya napı yerleşmiştir.

The largest towns in the province are İzmit and Gebze. The province is located at the easternmost end of the Marmara Sea around the Gulf of İzmit. Kocaeli is bordered by the province of Istanbul and the Marmara Sea to the west, the Black Sea to the north, the province of Sakarya to the east, the province of Bursa to the south and the province of Yalova to the southwest. The metropolitan area of Istanbul extends to the Kocaeli- Istanbul provincial border. Basis of the inspection was the official bid of the Montenegro Chess Federation from 26. April 2017 Tournament hall: “Elite Hotel Bitinya Ballroom” The size of the playing hall is 700 sqm. The light condition is sufficient. Next to the playing hall there are 3+5 toilets for men and 4 for women. The tables (80x80 cm) are in FIDE standard.
