Learning in MAPPEN this term Students in Kindergarten are studying 'Topsy Dates for your diary:- Turvy Tales'. We are focusing on fairy tales and what we can learn from them. Thinking November creatively and using their imaginations gives Wednesday 13 Year 6 HS orientation students the confidence to explore new Year 6 Writing environments and solve problems. Students Tuesday 19 Workshop - CHS - will consider how can we design and make 9am-12pm objects using different materials. Tuesday 19 Life Education

Living History - Gone Years 1, 2 & 3 students are studying a Thursday 21 creativity unit called 'Robot Buddies'. School Concert, Presentation and Community Night Wednesday 11 December Preparations are well under way for our circus themed concert night.

Can you assist with any costumes for these characters? - ballerina (size 8) - jackets for ringmaster / lion tamer etc … sizes 8 / 9 / 11 - clowns – sizes 5-7

The P&C is currently sourcing donations for the raffle and number board fundraisers from a variety of local businesses. Please consider approaching businesses with whom you regularly deal to ask for a donation. Donation request letters are available from the school – please contact the office to have a personalised letter created.

Donations of non-perishable food items with good ‘best before’ date for the raffle hamper can be sent into school at any time. Keep an eye out for half price specials – consider donating some of your family’s favourite food items – you might be the lucky winner!

Raffle tickets will be sent home in the near future. This year, funds raised will go towards the cost of shade sails over the playground.
