The second session of the Council for the year 1963, being the Eighth Session of the Nineteenth Wholly Elective Council of the Yukon Territory, was convened in the Council Chambers at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Monday, November 4, 1963. The members present were: Mr. John Livesey, Carmacks-Kluane Mr. Kenneth McKinnon, Whitehorse North Mr. Hubert E. Boyd, Whitehorse East Mr. George O. Shaw, Dawson Mr. Donald Taylor, Watson Lake Mr. Raphael L. McKamey, Mayo Mr. John Watt, Whitehorse West There were no absentees. The Speaker, Mr. John Livesey was ushered into the Council Chambers by the Sergeant-at-.D.rms. The Commissioner, Mr. G.R. Cameron, was ushered into the Council Chambers by the Sergeant-at-Arms and gave his address. (Set out as Sessional Paper No. 11) Sessional Paper Mr. Speaker thanked Commissioner Cameron for his No. 11 address. Mr. Shaw moved, seconded by Vir. Boyd, that the Commissioner's address be taken into consideration on days following. Motion Carried. Mr. Taylor moved, seconded by Mr. Watt, for leave to Introducing introduce Bill No. 3, An Ordinance to Amend the Corporation Bill Securities Registration Ordinance. No. 3. Motion Carried.
