First I would like to apologize for bringing you all from your respective jobs in the Territory. I know it is a busy time of year, but we found with the festival now under way, conditions have come about which require the opinion of all people concerned in this Council to decide as to the route we wish to take from now on. The problem that faces the Council is the allocation of funds for the continuation and operation of the festival. I hope we can clean this up today, if possible, so that you will all be able to return for the harvest of tourism.
