This article is based on the opinion ANTONIO RIGOZZI, GABRIELLE provided to WADA ("the Opinion").10 In this intro KAUFMANN-KOHLER AND ductory section, it starts by recalling some basic GIORGIO MALINVERNI* notions about fundamental rights, policies govern ing anti-doping regulations, and implementation of anti-doping rules.
