• Developed a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory tool - GHG Projection and Diagnostic Programme (GPD)

• Integrated GPD into a GIS based policy making tool - Urban Carbon Management System (UCMS) for municipal planning of building, urban transport, and green space infrastructure.

• Gwangju carbon credit system - promote low carbon lifestyle in consumption of energy and water services. Progress in 2020 :

SOM-23: (1) Expansion of the scope to cities in Mongolia Chinggis City & Tsetserleg City) and Russia (Ulan-Ude & Irkutsk); (2) proposal by Ulan-Ude to host a seminar in 2020
