Misscommunication,​ Angaelica – Los Angeles, USA 2012-2013 Video editing and title sequence. Producer: Breven Angaelica Warren.

Arbeitsfrei​ (t​ ranslation:​ W​ orkfree)​ , Die Filmakademie Kelle – Berlin, Germany 2011 Writer and Director. A film delving into modern perceptions and values of unemployment. Stadtverführung​ (t​ ranslation:​ A​ Guide’s Allurement​), Die Filmakademie Kelle – Berlin 2011 I worked as a lighting assistant on set, and I also edited the final film. Shot on 16mm with a runtime of 7 min. Director: Jörg Behnke.

Mortal Engines,​ Hungry City Ltd – Wellington 2016 - 2017 Set PA (AD Dept), and Costume Runner. Supervisor: Dianne Foothead.

The Hobbit​, 3 Foot 7 Ltd – Wellington 2012 Costume and Breakdown Assistant. Workroom Supervisor: Caro Fenton.

Kingdom Come,​ South Vineyard Ltd – Wellington 2008 Costume and Props Assistant. Workroom Supervisor: Rae Donnelly.

African Odyssey,​ Classica Ltd – Auckland 2007 Feature length documentary of 4 Whakatane friends travelling the length of Africa on motorbikes you wouldn’t ride to the cowshed. I was the primary Video Editor and Footage Compiler, before handing over to a Post-Production Office. Director: Nicholas Twaddle.

SIDE PROJECTS

Weather Station and App​ — domestic application Current Design and development of natural environment sensors as an Internet of Things project.

App—​ A social platform focused at curbing drinking culture. Current An alternative approach at combating binge drinking through social awareness.

Brewing Chamber—​ ​A prototype brewing fermenter.​ 2015 Used for experimenting beer recipes, this fermenter is run by a microcontroller to monitor the progress of fermentation.

SKILLS & TECHNICAL ABILITY

I approach most task with a positive outlook, and keen attention to detail. I take pride and care to the final project, where I enjoy applying my creative skills to overcome problems, especially when intuitive or innovative solutions are required. I enjoy the steps and phases to a project based work environment, in particular when a critical and analytical thought process is required. I am easy going, but with an excellent ability to be assertive and show leadership when guiding a team. I have a great understanding of computer systems, and value learning new skills that will assist in taking a project forward.

SUMMARY My career and experience has been diverse and varied but it has all been centred around the moving image. I have gained experience on a variety of projects from feature film through to writing and directing my own short film, and even programing devices for IoTs. In my spare time I pursue ambitious side projects and have upskilled at every opportunity. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Design Innovation degree and prior to this I received a Certificate in Film while living in Germany. In summary I will bring very rounded experience to your team, and am very motivated to apply my skills to some challenging projects.
