Our product difference lies in the custom fusion printing which makes the graphics POP! This hat is completely customizable from any image - with a PMS color match. The unique dye sublimation imprinting process is proprietary (patent-pending), so you won’t find this product anywhere else.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ORDER: MINIMUM ORDER: $100 minimum on all orders, including reorders. PAYMENT TERMS: Opening terms are all COD Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Net 30, and 2%-Net 10 Terms are available to customers with approved credit. AMI reserves the right to revoke credit terms at any times without notice. SHIPPING: Ground Shipments will be shipped via Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. Once merchandise leaves the AMI warehouse we are not responsible for any delivery delays. CLAIM & RETURN POLICY: Customer must receive approval for returns and claims within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. AMI does not accept returns after decoration. Return and claimed goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on “Close Out” or “Discontinued” items. RETURN CHECK & DELAYED PAYMENTS: A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks. Interest charges of 1.5% daily may be applied to invoices past due, compounded monthly on any unpaid past due balance, and due on receipt of the finance charge invoice. SPECIAL ORDERS: A 50% non-refundable advance deposit will be required on all Special Orders. The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to delivery, unless arrangements have been previously made.
