The Daily Journal An unidentified Eureka man was killed in an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle in the Iron Peak area of Spy Rock Road Thursday night. According to reports from the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to reports of a traffic collision on private property at 9:14 p.m. Thursday and found the 47-year-old victim. The man had apparently been driving a 2004 Chevy truck when the vehicle became stuck. He unloaded an ATV from the bed of the truck to continue his drive.
