Physical Description: Typescript in English and Polish. 5 and 6pp. Scope and Content Note At top of English version holograph note by G.B. Shaw, Prologue written for the Forbes Robertson's farewell performance at Drury Lane and used at Barry Jackson's revival. Adopted to Polish history for the 1928 production by Arnold Szyfmen in Warsaw. Signed. Polish translation signed by Floryan Sobieniowski. Leather slip case.
