Your key worker

Information for patients with prostate cancer

Following a diagnosis of prostate cancer, you will be given the name of your key worker. Your key worker is a clinical nurse specialist (CNS) specialising in prostate cancer. He/she will be with there to support you through all stages of your illness. If you have any questions, big or small, please contact your key worker – we are here to help and happy to answer your questions.

Your key worker is allocated to you depending on which of our hospitals you live closest to. The contact details for your key worker are noted below:
