Be It Enacted By the Congress Here Assembled That:
1. Section 1: The Coronavirus Relief Fund, established by the CARES Act, currently provides $150 billion to States and Governments. The Fund shall be altered such that Congress and the IRS will provide $200 billion to the States, local governments, and tribes. The allocations of money shall be split based on the percent of the United States population in each State, as continued before the alteration. The District of Columbia will also receive funds through the same process as the States. 2. 3. Section 2: A fund is defined in this bill as a package of economic measures put together by a government to stimulate a floundering economy. The objective of a fund is to reinvigorate the economy, improve safety, assist the citizens, and prevent or reverse a recession by boosting employment and spending. 4. 5. Section 3: The Internal Revenue Service will oversee implementation of this legislation. 6. 7. RESOLVED By this Congress that: the Supreme Court be comprised of ten 11. permanent associate justices, five representing the Republican 12. party and five representing the Democratic party; be it 13. FURTHER RESOLVED that these ten permanent members of the court choose 14. five colleagues from the circuit court bench for one year terms, 15. two years in advance, agreed upon by a supermajority of the ten 16. permanent members, thus restoring partisan balance to the court.

Bill #1574 A Bill to Ban Fracking to Save Our Environment
1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2 ARTICLE I. The United States shall ban any and all fracking activities. Any individuals or
3 companies found in violation of this fracking ban shall be fined $100,000 per
4 fracking site, as well as a 100% tax on all profits generated by the site.
5 ARTICLE II. Fracking shall be defined as the process of injecting liquid at high pressures into
6 subterranean rocks, boreholes, etc. so as to force open existing fissures and
7 extract oil or gas.
8 ARTICLE III. This legislation shall go into effect on January 1, 2030.
9 ARTICLE IV. The Environmental Protection Agency shall work in cooperation with the
10 Department of Energy to oversee the implementation of this legislation.

Bill #1567 A Bill to Break Up Large Tech Monopolies
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: ARTICLE I. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) shall investigate potential monopolies in technology industries, including, but not limited to, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon,
Alphabet Inc., Facebook, and Intel. The United States Department of Justice
Antitrust Division will cooperate with the FTC to prosecute said monopolies and
break them up and/or remove them from the marketplace.
ARTICLE II. A monopoly is defined as any corporate body that holds significant market power over an industry.
ARTICLE III. This legislation shall be implemented immediately upon its passage. ARTICLE IV. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division shall jointly implement this bill.
A. The FTC will be provided 8 months for its investigation.
B. The DOJ Antitrust Division will be given 3 months after the conclusion of
the FTC investigation to register charges and take action against declared
monopolies.
ARTICLE V. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: ARTICLE I. The United States will offer low-interest loans to small technology businesses who have survived for at least two years and who pass an application.
ARTICLE II. Small businesses are defined as businesses with an annual gross income of less than 10 million dollars and less than 750 employees.
ARTICLE III. This bill will go into effect June 1st, 2021. ARTICLE IV. An unbiased committee shall be formed by the Small Business Administration, which shall review applications and determine eligibility and risk involvement
concerned with the receiving of loans.
A. Loans, the amount of which shall be determined by the aforementioned
committee, shall be paid out of the Small Business Administration.
B. The application will include a report on overall earnings and expenses over
the last year and 6 months, background checks on owners, and a report on the
current market pertaining to the business in question.

7 support by backfilling lost revenues, covering medical costs, and covering public
8 health and payroll expenses. Local governments are defined as having a
9 population exceeding 200,000 people.

Resolution #2105 A Resolution to Urge Further Action on the Chinese Human Rights Violations
1. WHEREAS, China is committing serious human rights violations against Uyghur Muslims and other minorities in the Xinjiang province; and 2. 3. WHEREAS, China is committing these crimes using state of the art security technology hidden from the world, and has built over 1200 detention centers and have imprisoned more than 2 million Uyghurs, the largest religious persecution since the Holocaust, under President Xi Jinping; and 4. 5. WHEREAS, allowing these human rights violations to continue could lead to the extinction of the Uyghur Muslims and their beliefs, as well as many other religious minorities. 6. 7. WHEREAS, the persecutions could also lead to possible security concerns if the Chinese continue to collect information on people without consent; now, therefore be it 8. 9. RESOLVED, by this Congress that until China provides proof that they have discontinued these human rights violations, the USA should tighten sanctions against China and discontinue its partnerships with Chinese technology companies.

Council for Uyghur Human Right Abuses
1. WHEREAS, China is detaining, persecuting, and overworking the Muslim minority of
2. the Uyghurs in the Xinjiang region of China; and
3. WHEREAS, around 2 million known Uyghurs are already being abused in China,
4. with more likely being hidden from the public; and
5. WHEREAS, this may cause the total annihilation of the Uyghur race due to horrific
6. Chinese practices; such as forced sterilizations, forced labor, brainwashing,
7. separating families, and more; and
8. WHEREAS, the United States must act to save the Uyghurs from China,
9. because it’s not only for American interests, but China is plainly wrong;

12. reconsider their stance on China’s permanent seat on the World Security
13. Council by removing the Chinese for what they have done against

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
ARTICLE I. The entirety of the People’s Republic of China and its territories shall be required
to end any form of human right violations against the Uighur Muslims. After six
months of passage, if the People’s Republic of China and its territories fail to
comply with this legislation, all tariffs correlated to The People’s Republic of
China and its territories will be raised by 2.5%. Additionally, tariffs shall be
raised by an additional 5% for every six-month period after the first six months
of passage that the People’s Republic of China or its territories does not comply
with this legislation.
ARTICLE II. The term “territories” in this bill shall be defined as any area that is directly or
indirectly controlled by the Chinese government. Human rights violations shall
range from, but not be limited to, restricted movement, forced sterilization of
women, genocide, detainment in re-education camps, and forcing the malpractice
of one’s religion.
ARTICLE III. This legislation shall be implemented immediately upon passage.
ARTICLE IV. The Department of State and Department of Commerce shall be tasked with the implementation of this legislation.

ARTICLE II. Humanitarian aid is intended to save lives and alleviate suffering during and in the immediate aftermath of a crisis or emergency. It can include food, water,
medical supplies, tents, etc.

1. WHEREAS, The United States economy has become reliant on the practice of hydraulic 2. fracturing as a means of obtaining natural gas; and 3. WHEREAS, this process is neither purely clean nor renewable, with multiple studies finding 4. the process capable of contaminating drinking water, leaking greenhouse gases 5. such as methane into the atmosphere, increasing ground-level ozone layers that 6. can lead to respiratory illnesses, and inciting earthquakes and seismic 7. disturbances, highlighting the need for rapid development of friendlier energy 8. practices; and 9. WHEREAS, the health and overall appeal of the communities of our nation have been 10. impacted by this unhealthy use of the environment for industrial efficiency, and as 11. the process inherently hinders the growth and development of newer, more 12. ecologically friendly sources of energy, it will continue to impact the health of our 13. communities and the environment of the future; and 14. WHEREAS, reducing the extent of fracking and swiftly investing in cleaner energy sources 15. will aid in maintaining the best health of our citizens and slowing the rapid 16. changes in climate our planet faces towards the future; now, therefore, be it 17. A Bill to Reform the Supreme Court
BE IT ENACTED BY THIS STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
1. SECTION I. Article III in the constitution shall hereby be amended to
2. implement term limits of 18 years on supreme court justices.
3. SECTION II. Term limits will be defined as a set time in which a supreme court
4. justice may serve, which shall henceforth be known as 18 years.
5. Every two years, a supreme court justice will step down from their
6. position, and a new one shall take their place. The new justice shall
7. be chosen by the current president, so that each president will
8. choose at least two justices during their presidential term.
9. SECTION III. The Department of Justice shall oversee the passage of this
10. legislation
11. SECTION IV. This bill shall be implemented immediately upon passage, so that
12. the supreme court justice with the longest term shall step down
13. first, then two years later the justice with the next longest term
14. shall step down, and so on, until the new term limits are fully
15. implemented.
16. SECTION V. All laws in conflict with this legislation shall hereby be declared
17. null and void.

A Bill to Break Up Tech Monopolies to Promote Competition
1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
2. ARTICLE 1. Major technological corporations, as defined by Article 2 of this
3. legislation, shall be required to decrease their market share by an amount
4. determined by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as necessary to
5. promote competition.
6. ARTICLE 2. “Major technological corporations” shall be limited to Apple, Amazon,
7. Google, Microsoft, and Facebook.
8. ARTICLE 3. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will oversee the enforcement of this
9. legislation, and shall be given the discretion to determine what actions
10. must be taken in order to limit monopolistic control over markets.
11. A. Any privately-held assets that are resold in compliance with this
12. legislation must be sold to companies with smaller market shares than
13. the company initiating the transfer.
14. ARTICLE 5. This bill shall take effect at the beginning of fiscal year 2022.
15. ARTICLE 6. All laws in conflict with this bill are hereby declared null and void.
