    Personal kit list for the expedition to Romania General The purchase of equipment for your expedition can be tricky and you should take extra care when putting together your personal expedition kit. What to expect from the climate in Romania and top tips for kit: Romania has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons. Summers can be hot from July to August. Summer temperatures are usually pleasantly warm but there can be occasional rainstorms, particularly in July. Temperatures can drop significantly at night in the hills so you will need to be well prepared for cold nights and a warm sleeping bag is therefore recommended (please refer to the sleeping bag section below for more detail). Rucksacks These can vary enormously in price and specifications. When choosing a rucksack remember that, when loaded, an uncomfortable rucksack can give you a very hard time and it can be very bad for your back so try on several models in the shop.

This symbiotic relationship goes back to the emergence of both disciplines at the beginning of the twentieth century. The fashion film is a relatively new phenomenon that is presented on the Internet as a short film, made by fashion designers and fashion houses that optionally collaborate with well-known filmmakers. The fashion film expresses itself in many forms and through many different styles and characteristics, which makes it hard to grasp. In the case studies on the fashion films commissioned by Dior, Prada, Hussein Chalayan and Maison Margiela, concepts such as colour, movement and haptic visuality are investigated, in order to demonstrate that by focusing on the fashion films' similar use of these cinematic techniques, a definition of the fashion film can be constituted. The fashion film moves in our contemporary society; a society that is focused on ideas of progress, increased mobility and other concepts that characterise a culture of modernity. These concepts evoke feelings of nostalgia and the fashion film responds to this by immersing the spectator into a magical, fictionalised world full of desired garments, objects and settings. The ‘aura’ that surrounds the fashion brand is expressed by letting the viewer fully participate in this fashioned world.

Plastic waste is one of the most numerous in number, approximately 10 % of the total waste in the world. Plastic packaging, grocery bags, and home furnishings are the types that often found. There have been many efforts to reduce the amount of waste and the impact it causes, one of them is the up-cycling method. Up-cycling is the utilization method of waste products that have more value or new. By using this method, in addition to being able to reduce the plastic waste amount while creating new products with new value and functionality, namely small wallets, shopping bags, backpacks, gadgets sleeve etc. One method of up- cycling plastic is plastic fusing methods that uses heat and plastic waste to create new materials with thickness and strength. The current utilization of plastic waste has been undertaken by communities to produce a product, namely craftsman group named Kunarti but less variety of processing methods, limited to knitting method only. Based on the phenomenon, this research was conducted to find out how the application of the plastic fusing method so that it can be easily done, and into alternative methods of up- cycling which is can be applied by the craftsmen community in Bandung. The performance of the products offers diverse applications in the fields of sports, fashion and leisure. Recycled polyester outer material certified according to “Global Recycle Standard” The material basis of these laminates is a yarn that is produced by using recycled PET bottles.     Italy Trip Travel Tips Baggage: You may take one large suitcase (a 26” or 28” size suitcase will probably be sufficient for your needs). The maximum weight for checked-in bags on flights to Europe is 50lbs. The maximum dimension of any bag is 62” (add the length + width + height). Try to stay under 50lbs, since you’ll want to bring back souvenirs! Any excess luggage weight will incur a charge to be paid at the airport when you are checking in. Place nametags on the handles of your luggage. Make sure you place a nametag inside your bag (in case the outside tag is lost in transfer) that includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You are also allowed to take along one carry-on bag and a personal item (small purse, for example). Please remember that this carry-on must be small enough to either fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment. You may carry limited quantities of liquids, gels and aerosols in your carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints. Each container must be 3oz or smaller and be enclosed in only one, quart-size, Ziploc, clear plastic bag. The rest of your toiletries etc. must go in your checked bag. We advise taking trial size toiletry articles, cosmetics, medicines, slippers, jacket/sweater, camera, jewelry/valuables, and a change of clothing in your carry-on bag so you can be prepared if your large bag is delayed. It is also beneficial to pack an extra change of underwear, socks and an outfit in your traveling companion’s (roommate) checked luggage as well, if possible.
