She has been with PGS since graduating from Drexel University in 2007. She is currently earning a graduate degree in international science and technology policy from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. Kelsey Davenport is the Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellow at the Arms Control Association (ACA). She holds a master’s degree in peace studies from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree from Butler University.
