Cory Conacher (born December 14, 1989) is a local Burlington, Ontario, Canadian professional ice hockey center currently playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Cory was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of eight. When not playing he often has an insulin pump attached to his hip to regulate his blood glucose levels.

Partnering with Diabetes Canada, his ultimate goal is to find a cure for diabetes. Research End Diabetes
