For other people who is CC'ed, I apologize for the spam, but I think it is really important for city leaders/government to listen to the voice of residents. I and my family live in Berryessa area. This is a very nice neighborhood. We and our neighbors are strongly against the idea of setting up homeless shelters in residential area, especially the proposed site across Noble elementary school, Berryessa Library and Noble Park. Noble elementary school, Berryessa Library and Noble Park is actually a community center for us and neighbors. We bring our kids there and enjoy. If there is a homeless shelter built across the road, we won't continue to bring our kids there due to safety and health reasons. Also homeless people are not considered as good role models for kids. Councilman Lan Diep has claimed homeless shelters absolutely cannot be built in poor neighborhood and admitted that homeless shelters have BIG NEGATIVE impacts on the residents. Berryessa area might not be a poor neighborhood in his eyes, but is definitely not a rich one. We don't have much resource for homeless people to break and/or ruin. In fact, a better idea to address the citywide homeless issue to build them in industrial area. The city and county can work together with big employers to sort it out. A good example is the homeless shelter in Amazon's new campus. There will be less homeless people in residential area because they are lured to the shelter. By doing it this way, Amazon protects home of their employees, and benefits the city of Seattle from homeless problem. And it might cost the city less too. I sincerely hope that the city of San Jose and county of Santa Clara should consider other ways to solve the citywide/countywide homeless problem in stead of build a camp in residential area, which will hurt city/county and residents in the long run. Best regards, A San Jose resident From: Noble Parents < > Sent: Friday, October 13, 2017 11:07 AM To: BridgeHousingCommunities; [email protected] Cc: Liccardo, Sam; City Clerk; The Office of Mayor Sam Liccardo; Rork, Christopher; Duenas, Norberto; Districtl; District2; District3; Districts District5; District 6; District7; District8; District9; District 10; Pham, Kieulan; [email protected]; Customer Service Subject: Do you want a homeless shelter near the schools where our kids go to? We are sorry to learn that the Noble Ave site is still among your candidates for the 'tiny home' project. Looks like last statement given by our councilman was just trying to trick us. The proposed position is literally opposite to Berryessa Library and Noble Elementary School, just across the street. No exaggeration. Within 1000 yard there are 5 schools and a bunch of parks. No one wants their children near junkies or vagrants. The creek and the bushes around will soon be infested with homeless encampment if you insist doing this. If you have ever been to these parks, you would learn how dangerous it will be: they will lit a wildfire and it can cause another tragedy like the one in Napa and Sonoma. Please have some mercy on our children, as you have for the homeless population. Public Record 2 October 17, 2017 Ms. Anna Horn . Sleepy Hollow Homeowners Association May 3, 2013 Board of Supervisors of Marin County 3501 Civil Center Drive San Rafael, CA 94903-4157 Re: Stream Conservation Area (SCA) Proposed Amendments to the Development Code Honorable Members of the Board of Supervisors: INTRODUCTION The Sleepy Hollow Homes Association (SHHA) objects to the proposed changes to Chapters 22.33 (Stream Protection) and 22.63 (Stream Conservation Area Permit) as they would apply to the residents of the unincorporated portion of San Anselmo known as Sleepy Hollow. We ask that the County exempt and/or delay implementation of any changes to Chapters 22.33 and 22.63 as to the city-centered corridor streams, including Sleepy Hollow. The SHHA supports implementation of the proposed amendments to the San Geronimo Valley, to protect wildlife habitat in streams where Coho Salmon currently exist. The SHHA supports regulations to ensure the health and survival of the species in these areas. The SHHA recognizes the urgency of this matter to the San Geronimo Valley, both for the survival of the endangered and declining Coho population and for the property rights of the affected residents who are currently subject to a building moratorium.

Using this extra information greatly increases the complexity of an analysis and prevents novice investigators from analyzing their own data. The first chapter of this work introduces a solution to this issue. It describes a community-curated, scal- able RNA-seq analysis framework for performing differential transcriptome expres- sion, transcriptome assembly, variant and RNA-editing calling. It handles the entire stack of an analysis, from downloading and installing hundreds of tools, libraries and genomes to running an analysis that is able to be scaled to handle thousands of samples simultaneously.
