CBS Completes Renewals of Entire Daytime Lineup

CBS on Tuesday completed renewals of its entire daytime schedule through next TV season, including The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, The Price is Right, Let's Make a Deal and .

"CBS Daytime has never been stronger. From 30 consecutive years of being number one in the ratings, to another year as the most honored network at the Daytime Emmys, our lineup of talk, game shows and dramas connects with our audience like no one else," said Angelica McDaniel, executive vice president, daytime programs and syndicated program development, CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Distribution, in a statement.

The network renewed top daytime drama The Young and the Restless for three more years, and The Price Is Right, produced by FremantleMedia North America, for two more. The Bold and the Beautiful, Let's Make A Deal and The Talk previously had been picked up through next season.

Let's Make a Deal, hosted by , returns for its ninth season this fall. The show, which is double run in daytime, averages about 3.26 million viewers. It's also produced by FremantleMedia North America and is executive produced by Mike Richards, Dan Funk and Jennifer Mullin. The Price is Right, which also airs in double runs, will enter its 46th season in September. The show is daytime's most-watched program with an average of 5.18 million viewers. Richards and Mullin executive produce.

The Young and the Restless has been the most-watched for 28 years and currently averages 4.93 million viewers. It's produced by Bell Dramatic Serial Company in association with . executive produces.

The Bold and the Beautiful, produced by Bell-Phillip Television, recently celebrated its 30th anniversary on the air. Brad Bell executive produces.

Finally, The Talk, in its seventh season, averaged 2.7 million viewers. The show is hosted by Julie , , , and , who also executive produces with John Redmann. Tyler is ending her run with the show after this season.
