WHEREAS by the preamble to Act No. 11 of 18642 (An Act of repeal the law relating to the offices of Hindu and Muhammadan Law officers and to the offices of Kazi-ul-Kuzaat and of Kazi, and to abolish the former offices) it was (among other things) declared that it was (among other things) declared that it was inexpedient that the appointment of Kazi-ul-Kuzaat, or of City, Town or Pargana Kazis should be made by the Government, and by the same Act the enactments relating to the appointment by the Government of the said officers were repealed; and whereas by the usage of the Muhammadan community in some parts of 3[India] the presence of Kazis appointed by the Government is required at the celebration of marriages and the performance of certain other rites and ceremonies, and it is therefore expedient that the Government should again be empowered to appoint persons to the office of Kazi; It is hereby enacted as follows:— 1. Kerajaan Usmani meraih puncak kejayaan di bawah kepemimpinan Sultan Sulaiman Al-Qanuni (1520-1566 M) di kerajaan safawi, Syah Abbas I membawa kerajaan tersebut meraih kemajuan dalam 40 tahun periode kepemerintahannya dari tahun 1588-1628 M. Dan di Kerajaan Mughal meraih masa keemasan di bawah Sultan Akbar (1542-1605 M). Seperti takdir yang telah Allah tentukan di setiap kejayaan tentu akan berganti dengan kemunduran bahkan sebuah kehancuran. Demikian pula yang terjadi pada ketiga kerajaan tersebut.     Assessment of health systems’ crisis preparedness Poland OL Supported by The European CommissionP October 2009 1 Abstract In 2008, with the support of the European Commission Directorate-General for Health and Consumers, WHO launched the project, “Support to health security, preparedness planning and crises management in EU, EU accession and neighbouring (ENP) countries”, with the aim of improving preparedness for public health emergencies in EU Member States and selected EU accession and ENP countries in the WHO European Region. One of the objectives of this project was to refine the assessment tool, which had been revised on the basis of the experience gained through the planning and crises management assessments carried out in Armenia, Azerbaijan and the Republic of Moldova under the joint European Commission–WHO project, “Support to health security and preparedness planning in EU neighbouring countries” (2007– 2008). The intention was to apply the updated tool during a second round of assessments before finalizing it in 2010. The countries involved in the second round were Kyrgyzstan, Poland and Ukraine. The WHO health systems’ framework was used as the conceptual basis for describing and analysing the health systems in the countries. This report describes the level of preparedness of the health system in Poland and evaluates the arrangements in place to deal with crises, regardless of cause. It also examines the risk prevention and mitigation initiatives in the country. While the main focus is on the national level, some attention has been paid to crisis management capacity at the regional level and to the links between the various levels of government.

In between these two main geological formation is a narrow strip of lower Gendwana rocks which fringe the lawa formation along its western margin. The geological structure of Santhal Parganas displays two district aspects, one related to denudation of the precanbrian floor and the other being the a gradational plain around the old uplifted erosional surfaces specially laid down after the truncation of the chhotanagpur highlands and the formation of the Rajmahal-Maldah Gap. The Rajmahal Hills from a series of flat-topped plateau and ridges which rise abruptly from the palin with esearpments 1000 ft. to 2000 ft. high and run south from near Sakrigali Railway Station for about 100 miles Southwards along the border of the Birbhum district of west Bengal. The massive formation of hard rocks is responsible for forcing the Ganga to flow farther east, before finally taking the southerly course to the sea, round the north eastern adge of the lawa plateau,. Along its northern margain the Lavas extend for about 30 Km.
