Introduction. Norzagaray Water District (NorWD) is an operational water supply utility located in Norzagaray Bulacan, Republic of the Philippines and one of the selected subprojects under the PHI: Water District Development Sector Project (WDDSP) funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The project intends to improve the livability and competitiveness in urban areas outside Metro Manila through the provision of better water supply and sanitation infrastructure and
