CRITERIA FOR JUDGES LISTS 2019/ 2020

A. 1 (Breed Specialists) Not relevant for Greenland

A. 1 (Non - Breed Specialists) Not relevant for Greenland Dogs

A. 2 (Breed Specialists) Not relevant for Greenland Dogs

A. 2 (Non - Breed Specialists) Not relevant for Greenland Dogs

A. 3 (Breed Specialists) 1) Minimum of 7 years judging experience in the breed and to have the support of The Greenland Dog Club of Great Britain (Kennel Club policy) 2) To have judged the breed at 3 championship or open shows 3) To have judged a minimum of 20 dogs (hands on) 4) To have stewarded at 12 shows 5) To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club accredited trainer on and movement (Kennel Club policy as of 1st July 2001) 6) To have attended a Conformation and Movement “Hands-on Assessment” conducted by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed the assessment. (Kennel Club Policy as of 1st July 2005) 7) To have attended a seminar given by a Kennel Club accredited trainer and passed the relevant examination on Kennel Club regulations and judging procedures (Kennel Club policy as of 1st July 2001) 8) To have attended at least one breed specific seminar run in accordance with the relevant Kennel Club code of best practise and passed an examination and / or assessment where applicable (Kennel Club policy as of 1st July 2001)

A. 3 (Non – Breed Specialists) 1) Minimum of 7 years judging experience in any one breed (to include 5 years in Greenland Dogs) and to have the support of the Greenland Dog Club of Great Britain (Kennel Club policy) 2) To have awarded C.C.s in at least one other breed. (Kennel Club policy) 3) To have judged the breed at Championship or Open shows in U.K. 4) To have judged a minimum of 20 dogs (hands on)

B (Breed Specialists) 1) To have had a minimum of 5 years owning and / or exhibiting this breed and to have the support of the Greenland Dog club of Great Britain. 2) To have attended a Greenland specific judges seminar as approved by the Greenland Dog Club of Great Britain.

B (Non - Breed Specialists) 1) To have had a minimum of 7 years judging experience in any one breed and to have the support of the Greenland Dog club of Great Britain. 2) To have judged the breed at least once at Championship or Open show level 3) To have attended a Greenland Dog breed specific judges seminar as approved by the Greenland Dog Club of Great Britain.
