    FILMMAKER BIOS, 2008 Aneel Ahmad, Boot Polish Aneel Ahmad was born and raised from a working class family within the poverty- stricken, inner city suburbs of Manchester, Longsight, England. He has no formal training or any academic qualifications and is completely self-taught. His role models are the (late) Stanley Kubrick, Sir David Lean, Satyajit Ray and documentary filmmaker Peter Watkins. In 2003 Aneel made his first short film with North West Vision, A Man's World, as part of the Lottery-funded Virgin Shorts scheme. In 2004, Aneel progressed to the UK Film Council, Digital Shorts scheme and made his second film in association with North West Vision, Waiting for Sunrise. Aneel Ahmad's film won the UNICEF UK AWARD at Sheffield in 2005. It was short- listed for one of the film world's most distinguished awards - the Grierson Awards for documentary. Aneel has also won critical acclaim and praise for his work from some of the top industry professionals and directors such as Ridley Scott, Mike Leigh and Quentin Tarantino. Aneel's third film Boot Polish was shot in Lahore, Pakistan and has just been selected by the British Council for Film & Arts to be screened worldwide in 2007. Aneel is currently developing two British feature films and another short film to be shot in the UK in 2007/08. Chris Ahrens, D.O.P.E. Such is the case with this year’s Tooele Transcript- Bulletin Top 20 stories for 2005. Business and residential devel- opers focused on Tooele County this year because the population continues to climb. It soared to an estimated 52,000 in 2005. Utah business mogul Larry H. Miller found enough open space in Tooele Valley and coopera- tion from county leaders to build his dream project. The develop- ment of Miller Motorsports Park ranked No. 1 on our list.     THE HISTORY OF THE NAME National Association of Medical Examiners Past Presidents History eBook 2012 EDITION Published by the Past Presidents Committee on the Occasion of the 46th Annual Meeting at Baltimore, Maryland Preface to the 2012 NAME History eBook The Past Presidents Committee has been continuing its effort of compiling the NAME history for the occasion of the 2016 NAME Meeting’s 50th Golden Anniversa- ry Meeting. The Committee began collecting historical materials and now solicits the histories of individual NAME Members in the format of a guided autobiography, i.e. memoir. Seventeen past presidents have already contributed their memoirs, which were publish in a eBook in 2011. We continued the same guided autobiography format for compiling historical ma- terial, and now have additional memoirs to add also. This year, the book will be combined with the 2011 material, and some previous chapters have been updated. The project is now extended to all the NAME members, who wish to contribute their memoirs. The standard procedure is also to submit your portrait with your historical/ memoir material. Some of the memoirs are very short, and contains a minimum information, however the editorial team decided to include it in the 2012 edition, since it can be updated at any time.
