Final payment is due June 15, 2021 except for bookings made after that date, when full payment is required. All cancellations are subject to a $200 per person A.C.T. administrative fee. Cancellations made after June 15: $400 per person penalty plus any additional fees levied by airlines, cruise companies, and tour operators (including A.C.T.) in accordance with their regulations, penalties, and out of pocket expenses (telephone calls, cables, etc.). AIR TICKETS: Are included in the price and feature regularly scheduled flights to Russia from Los Angeles Int’l Airport (LAX) on Finnair or similar. These special coach class group tickets are totally NON-REFUNDABLE once issued. Air deviations will incur a service fee of $100 p/p, plus any increase in ticket fare, taxes, etc.

The passage contract in use by the airlines and cruise companies concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between transportation providers and the purchases of this trip and/or passenger. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
