CAST BIOS

BRIANA EVIGAN (Katie) – made her major feature debut as the star of the box office hit, “ 2: The Streets” in 2008. She reprised her role, starring in the fifth and likely final installment of the franchise, “Step Up: All In.” On the small screen, she starred in the in Jerry Bruckheimer’s “Trooper” and was a guest star on an episode of TNT’s acclaimed drama “Longmire.”

In 2009, Briana won the Female Star of Tomorrow Award at ShoWest for her performance in the Summit Entertainment feature “Sorority Row” and Best Kiss at the MTV Movie Awards for “Step Up 2: The Streets.” 2008 was a busy year for her, with starring roles in several feature films. The first was a love story, “Subject: I Love You”, shot on location in the . Briana followed that with “S. Darko”, the sequel to the critically acclaimed drama “” in which she stars opposite Daveigh Chase and Ed Westwick. She then went into production as the star of the suspense thriller “Burning Bright” from the producers of “Half Nelson.” Her other credits include “She Loves Me Not” staring Cary Elwes, “Stash House” and “Mother’s Day” staring Rebecca Demornay, as well as the independent features “The Devil’s Carnival”, “Mine Games”, “A Certain Justice”, “Monica”, “A Star For Christmas” and “Rites Of Passage” starring Wes Bentley and .

Upcoming, Briana will star in the psychological thriller “Monday At 11:01 A.M.” which will release theatrically on November 6th. You can also expect to see her on the small screen in El Rey Network’s supernatural crime series “From Dusk Till Dawn.” The series, which expands upon the story of the infamous, bank-robbing Gecko Brothers, returned for its 2nd season on August 25th. Other recent projects include “Alleluia! The Devil’s Carnival” and the indie drama “Love Is All You Need?” where she stars alongside Tyler Blackburn and .

Briana began dancing with renowned hip-hop choreographer Shane Sparks when she was seven years old, studying with him for many years before extending her training to other choreographers. She credits him with providing her with the foundation for her future work. She was also the keyboardist and lead vocalist of the rock group, Moorish Idol.

Briana comes from a show business family. Her father, , is an actor/singer/ songwriter/musician who had two hit television series “BJ and The Bear” and “My Two Dads” and a steady career in feature films and on television. Her mother is actress Pam Serpe. Her older sister, Vanessa, is also an actress and her brother, Jason, is a music producer. Briana currently resides in , .

PAUL CAMPBELL (Jack) – Born in White Rock, British Columbia, Campbell attended theater school at Capilano University College. Shortly after graduation he was cast in a pivotal two season role on SyFy Network’s critically acclaimed series “Battlestar Galactica” starring opposite two time academy award nominated actress, Mary McDonnell.

Following his dramatic role on “Battlestar” Campbell turned to comedy starring in “Nobody’s Watching”, the TV pilot created by Bill Lawrence (“Scrubs”, “Spin City”, “Cougar Town”), a pilot remake of the popular British series “No Heroics” for ABC Television and the offbeat comedy series “Almost Heroes” for Showcase Network.

Balancing out his busy television schedule Paul landed roles in a slew of feature films, working alongside the likes of Al Pacino in “88 Minutes, Steve Martin in “The Big Year” and Andy Griffith in “Play The Game”.

In Canada, he’s currently starring in his second season of CTV’s hit series “Spun out”. Before joining the cast of “Spun Out” he was a regular in NBC’s reboot of the iconic series “Knight Rider”.

Most recently Campbell starred with James Caan and in the critically acclaimed independent feature “Preggoland” and has appeared in 2 romantic comedies for Hallmark, “Surprised by Love”, opposite Hilary Burton and Tim Conway, and “Window Wonderland” opposite Chyler Leigh.

He is married and has homes in Toronto and Venice Beach, California.

GREG EVIGAN (George) – Greg is an actor, singer, song writer, and musician known around the world best for hischaracter portrayals of B. J. McKay on the hit television series “B. J. and the Bear” and Joey Harris in “My Two Dads”.

Although Greg has been successful in both drama and comedy, he actually started out in music, performing with local Jersey Bands.

At age 17, he got his first break in the original Broadway production of "Jesus Christ Superstar”. Two years later he continued his stay on the Broadway stage in the lead roleof Danny Zuko in the original production of "Grease."

After two back-to-back hit shows on Broadway, it was music and television producer Don Kirschner who brought Greg to California to meet Norman Lear. (Producer of “All In the Family”) The show was called "A Year At The Top" where Greg co-stared and recorded an album with Paul Shaffer, the notorious bandleader of “Late Night with David Letterman”. Greg and Paul Shaffer supplied original music for the show. They were signed to “Casablanca Records” and recorded an album together as none other than, “Greg & Paul”.

Greg has also sung the theme songs for many of the TV series he has appeared in, such as the “B.J. & The Bear” theme. He co-wrote and sang the theme for the hit series "My Two Dads”, titled "You Can Count On Me," and sang a duet with Cheryl Crowe for the series theme song, "P.S. I Luv U” in which he co-starred with Connie Selleca.

From Acting, to Film Scoring, to Script Writing, and Executive Producing his first Sy-Fy Original, (for the Sy-Fy Channel titled “Phantom Racer”) there is always a passion driving Evigan to his next challenge; which turned out to be an original half-hour comedy titled “Changing Hugh”. Greg and is daughter Vanessa Evigan co-wrote and produced the pilot which they shot in Los Angeles and are now in the process of finding a network to produce the show.

Some of Greg's latest appearances in TV and Film include “Divorce Invitation”, with Elliott Gould, “CSI”, with Ted Danson, and “Only God Can”.

Evigan has his own recording studio in Woodland Hills, California where he produced and sang on his pop-album, “Slow Down” featuring ten of his original songs.

He plays the piano, guitar, drums, and saxophone, and writes in a variety of different styles of music and is now mixing his new CD, with more original pieces. The new album was recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London. The New Classical album features Evigan on the piano.
