While Mom prettied it up . With flower gardens . Family house and neighbourhood Well ol’ lost buddy. Sending more pictures of you of everyone if you can . If you could some day soon. Would you please take a couple color photo’s of my old house. It sits accross the Maddox’s . Please do. I’d like to see if my Mothers flowers are still around. And her trees she raised . *** From the looks of my old house in this photo, I stand in Awe! Totally amazed! The front door – “look at it closely!” it seems to be like some 20/30 inches from the screen door. Which has me believe they re-converted the Living room . The tree in the front yard is new. Some 23 years old, but wasnt my moms doin. She planted 2 trees in back, close to the house and I see there still there. Barry engraved his name at the top of the tree, one facing west – from back yard – (left hand one.) So if anyone ever cuts it down, they’ll see his name and date on the bark . The flowers! all gone. My mom worked for 33 years on all her flower beds., and rose bushes that use to line the house and the aluminum chain fencing (that now gone) use to be around the front yard. ... I’m very happy to see my house having been so cared for and (creatively kept up with) as it has. Whoever lives there. “Thank-You” . The middle section of the house we called the backroom. I feel was remodeled inside . They either built in another fire-place – (or) this new grey smoke stack deal above the house is for the suana in the garage (they kept and didnt tear down). The suana was a steam room – “finnish style” my Dad built along with the house . Say did you notice if the names on the mail boxes were still our ol’ kid These pictures are the greatest.! I need to Thank you over and over again! . friends. Like there parents still live there, or kids took over after purhaps see the little window up in the attic area of the house, above to the left over there deaths. Like Kerrs or Maddox’s or Farwells. on the roof area of the backroom. Well that little window is were Keith, Lori, and I use to skip outta . This was so we could head out to the pits – when . 4-now Love Aileen parties were going on out there . *** Randalls house. Hellooo! And Thank you for the greatest gift you could’ve ever given this gal Well, I bet Lori wished there house was like this one instead of what the locked up ... I love ya Buddy! . Last night I went to the 70(s) and just was Randalls did exist as. There house was a shample with all them kids. All boys flooded with the good ol days ... Im curious if the woods next to my house is at that.! I never could understand how Lori could live with them . Although still there . So – is there woods there? • In Our Previous Paper, the Focus Was on Accounts Which Mitigated
Stumbling into sexual crime: the passive perpetrator in accounts by male internet sex offenders 2 Abstract Public reactions to internet child offending remains ambivalent in that, whilst there is vocal condemnation of contact child sex offending, there is less indignation about internet child abuse; this is potentially due to a lack of recognition of this type of offence as sexual offending per se. This ambiguity is reflected by internet sex offenders themselves in their verbalisations of their offending, and this paper presents a qualitative analysis of the accounts offered by individuals convicted of internet-based sexual offences involving the downloading and viewing of images of children (N=7). In particular, this paper presents an analysis of the explanations of offenders for the commencement of internet activity and the progression to more illicit online materials. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews, and analysed using discursive methods, paying close attention to language use and function. The analysis documents the practices that internet child abusers employ in order to manage their identities, distance themselves from the label of sex offender, and/or reduce their personal agency and accountability. Implications of this analysis are discussed with reference to the current minimisation of the downloading of sexually explicit images of children as a sexual crime per se by the public and offenders alike, and the risk assessment and treatment of individuals convicted of these offences. Keywords: Internet sexual offenders, internet child abuse, qualitative, sexual offending, discursive 3 Introduction Previous research has focused on sex offender accounts that mitigate the responsibility of internet sex offenders by emphasising the non-contact nature of internet offences and promulgating claims that internet child sexual abuse is a victimless crime (Winder & Gough, 2010).

  • Ghostbusters
Ghostbusters by Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd Final Shooting Script Last revised October 7, 1983 EXT. NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY -- DAY The sun shines brightly on the classic facade of the main library at Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street. In the adjacent park area, pretty hustlers and drug peddlers go about their business. FRONT STEPS A few people lounge on the steps flanked by the familiar stone lions. INT. MAIN READING ROOM -- DAY People are dotted throughout the room sitting at the long oak tables polished by decades of use. Reading lamps with green glass shades cast a golden glow on the tables. The patina of age is everywhere. It is very quiet. LIBRARIAN A slightly stout, studious looking girl in her late twenties circulates quietly among the tables picking up books and putting them on her cart. Everything seems completely normal and peaceful. POV A single eerie musical note signals the presence of something strange looking down on the Librarian from a vantage point high above the room. It follows the Librarian as she pushes her cart around the corner. INT. WORK AREA The Librarian is alone in a back room sorting books for reshelving. Behind her is the card catalogue. One of the books attracts her interest and she starts leafing through it. THE CARD CATALOGUE Another eerie note is heard as one of the drawers silently slides open behind the Librarian and hundreds of index cards start popping out. The Librarian continues reading completely oblivious to this strange phenomenon. She gets up and moves past another row of cabinets.

V Praze dne 1. srpna 2017 ……………………….. Vojtěch Kučera Souhlasím se zapůjčením bakalářské práce ke studijním účelům. I have no objections to the BA thesis being borrowed and used for study purposes. Abstrakt Tato práce se zabývá anglickou apoziční konstrukcí „noun of a noun“ (nominativum „of a“ nominativum) a jejími protějšky v českém jazyce. Jedinečnou charakteristikou takovýchto konstrukcí je jejich syntaktická a sémantická asymetrie. Obecně je konstrukce ve tvaru „noun of a noun“ vnímána jako adjektivně premodifikované podstatné jméno (např. daughter of an Englishman). V konstrukcích sledovaných v této práci se ovšem modifikovaným členem stává druhé podstatné jméno (např. giant of a man). Jelikož český jazyk nedisponuje syntaktickým ekvivalentem zmíněné konstrukce, cílem této práce je analyzovat a následně statisticky vyhodnotit způsoby, kterými zmíněné konstrukce mohou být přeloženy. Zároveň se v teoretické části pokouší prozkoumat a zhodnotit gramatické a sémantické vlastnosti těchto konstrukcí. Práce se zaobírá četnými příklady z paralelních korpusů originálních anglicky psaných děl a jejich českých překladů.

GHOSTBUSTERS, INC. written by Lee Eisenberg Gene Stupnitsky Based on characters created by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis SECOND DRAFT – 04 / 08 / 2009 2 FADE IN INT. HALLWAY - NIGHT TWO SECURITY GUARDS, REG and DON, walk side by side, their flashlight beams streaking throughout the hallway ahead. They both look bored out of their wits. One of them cradles a steaming cup of coffee in his left hand. REG ... So my first reaction is to just turn the thing off. But 'no', she says, 'you gotta power it down first, otherwise it won't turn back on'. So I'm trying to find the button on this thing, and what do you know? The damn power goes out. DON Third time in a month. Not sure what Con Ed's getting paid for if they can't even keep the island lit up. REG So now here I am runnin' around this apartment, banging into shin-high coffee tables, stepping' on cats, and she's screamin' from the dark that I didn't power it down before I turned it off. And I'm screamin' back at her 'The damn power went out! Am I gonna get the blame for that too?' The two security guards come around the corner, both stopping dead in their tracks, staring gap-jawed at the hallway beyond them. 3 IT’S ABSOLUTELY WRECKED -- and HALF OF THE ITEMS DOWN THE HALLWAY ARE FLOATING IN MIDAIR. REG Donny. DON Reggie. REG What the hell do we do? Didn't we get this place checked out last year? DON I don't know.

  • Dear-Dawn-Aileen-Wuornos-In-Her
Table of Contents Title Page Foreword Introduction Afterword Acknowledgments Copyright Page Foreword Dear Lee: This letter is for you. Even though you’ve been dead for many years, here I am, still talking to you. Face it: You’ve entered the world’s imagination and pried it wide open. You’re a real folk hero-outlaw, like Jesse James or that rebel-without-a-cause, James Dean. Are you “laughing your ass off” or do you feel “ripped off” every time some made-for-TV movie, true crime book, film, documentary, opera, play, or academic article about you appears? Baby: Imagine the plight of Vincent van Gogh. He was a goddamn genius who barely scraped by. Centuries later, people are still making a fortune “offa” his work. (I can almost hear you putting it this way.) You hit the ground running before either Thelma or Louise came to town. You’re the real star of that movie; it’s about you, about what you’ve done. Man: You sure fired some shots heard round the world—shots that told male serial killers that they might just end up dead if they continued to rape and murder prosti- tutes. As the so-called first female serial killer, you’ve made headlines, not for what has been done to you, but for what you’ve done. Your bullets shattered the silence about violence against prostituted women, about prostitutes fighting back, and about a prostitute’s revenge. No small feat. Talk about women who run with the wolves! You’ve navigated America with a primeval cunning, a scavenging genius, without which neither wildlife nor prostitutes could survive: not for a day, not for an hour.
