Designated Prep Prescribers Designated HIV - Prep Prescribers in Alberta HIV Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) helps prevent human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection in people who are at high risk of acquiring the virus. Alberta now covers the cost of HIV PrEP, making it more accessible to those who need it. HIV PrEP is a highly effective strategy for reducing the risk of HIV acquisition in adults who are at high, ongoing risk of infection. Patients must be Alberta residents with a valid Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan card. If the designated prescriber determines the patient is medically eligible, they will be given a prescription for HIV PrEP. The following is a list of designated PrEP providers located in Alberta. The list will be updated regularly: Surname First Name Phone City Clinic Address Accepting patients Y/N Please Note: Not all MD/NP PrEP Prescribers are accepting new patients/referrals. It has been suggested that commercial mill rates generate three times the revenue on the same assessment as residential. Could you provide a historical comparison between commercial and residential over the same time frame, and the annual increase (year over year) for commercial. I would also appreciate (to the best of the Administration’s ability) if you could identify any specific cause(s) for the increase/decrease in commercial tax revenue.
