Bradford Film Ltd is a company limited by guarantee whose sole member is SCMG Enterprises Ltd. MOSI was the public-facing name of the Greater Manchester Museum of Science & Industry Trust (GMMOSIT); the charity was a private company limited by guarantee, a DCMS sponsored body and an NDPB. The assets and undertakings of GMMOSIT were transferred to SMG at midnight on 31 January 2012.
