It’s my pleasure to rise again today to present a petition of concerned citizens Mr. Osika: Thank you, Mr. Speaker. A petition once again regarding the Plains Health Centre. The prayer reads as follows: on behalf of concerned citizens of Saskatchewan with respect to the closure of the Plains Health Centre. The prayer reads: Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays that your Hon.
