TOBACCO DIRECTORY UPDATE NOTIFICATION

Below is a summary of directory updates published on May 6, 2016.

Directory of Compliant Non-Participating Manufacturers  The Non-Participating Manufacturer Dosal Corporation voluntarily requested the removal of the following brand: Competidora.  The Non-Participating Manufacturer Six Nations Manufacturing (J. Conrad Seneca) voluntarily requested the removal of the following two (2) brands: Buffalo and Stallion.

Directory of Compliant Participating Manufacturers  The Participating Manufacturer Commonwealth Brands voluntarily requested the removal of the following six (6) brands: , , , SF, Tuscany and .  The Participating Manufacturer Philip Morris USA voluntarily requested the removal of the following two (2) brands: Alpine and Bristol.  The Participating Manufacturer Scandinavian Tobacco Group Lane Ltd. did not certify for the renewal of following three (3) brands which have now been removed: RYO, Jester RYO and RYO Fine Cut RYO.

Directory of Fire Standards Compliant Manufacturers  Last Updated April 13, 2016.

Accordingly, the Directory of Fire Standards Compliant Manufacturers must be read in conjunction with the Directory of Compliant Non-Participating Manufacturers and the Directory of Compliant Participating Manufacturers in order to determine which cigarettes are legal for sale in Kansas.
