Contact Pearl Williams at 727-237-1457 (Lot #462) HELP US TO HELP YOU One of the issues the negotiating committee will be discussing with management is the flooding / drainage problem within Hacienda Village. We need your help to document and justify our concerns. We will be researching contributing factors such as: • Are there sufficient drains? • Is routinely scheduled maintenance performed? • Does road grading affect the issue? Why do some streets flood while others don’t? • Health and safety issues due to standing water • Property damage due to standing water • Any input you can provide concerning the flooding / drainage history We are asking that those residents familiar with past problems contact Robert Hightower by phone or email: Email: [email protected] Phone: 636-215-5205 If you experience flooding / drainage problems during the upcoming summer thunderstorms, please email photos of your issues to Robert Hightower. Photos with a date / time stamp would be much appreciated. Please keep in mind we are concerned with typical Florida afternoon storms. Tropical storms or an unduly high rainfall amount per hour cannot be blamed on Management. In those instances, many Pasco county roads and neighborhoods flood! When negotiating we must deal with facts, not emotions. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT 2019 NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE Page 4 Hacienda Village - July 2019 “Day is done.
