Willeby Heights Thorpe Willoughby North Yorkshire WILLEBY HEIGHTS THORPE WILLOUGHBY NORTH YORKSHIRE An exciting development of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes in the ideally located village of Thorpe Willoughby, North Yorkshire lindenhomes.co.uk/willebyheights Welcome to traditionally styled family homes at Willeby Heights created by Linden Homes. lindenhomes.co.uk/willebyheights A tranquil yet thriving location for a family home A fantastic commuting retreat, this self-sufficient village is the attractive setting for Linden Homes’ newest community. Willeby Heights is named in tribute to the local history of Thorpe Willoughby, after the “Willeby” family who originally resided there in the 1200’s. A wonderful selection of carefully designed two, three and four-bedroom homes, including a number of bungalows, will provide plenty of housing choice for everyone from first time buyers, growing families and those looking for a smaller, more manageable property. A total of 149 homes will make up the development – located just off the A63, close to the town of Selby. Designer kitchens, bathrooms and energy efficiency fittings are among the many benefits of a new Linden home. Our team of dedicated specialists has paid particular attention to every aspect of the design of your new home, and all this is reinforced by our reassurance and guarantees of being voted national house builder of the year for two consecutive years. Continuing to build on the Linden Homes reputation, Willeby Heights will offer a lifestyle to suit the pace of our residents’ working and family life. But don’t take our word for it – come and see just what is available. The town of Selby is a stone’s throw from Thorpe Willoughby lindenhomes.co.uk/willebyheights Thorpe Willoughby is an attractive village located close to Selby, just off the A63. At the hub of village life is the pub – The Fox – and the village hall, a central and convenient venue for family functions, weddings and public meetings. The village green and St Francis Church form part of traditional village life, as well as a thriving primary school, sporting facilities and a dedicated community website. Thorpe Willoughby’s rural location also makes the village an ideal spot for those who love the great outdoors. There is an abundance of walks, cycle routes and scenery to enjoy. Close by, positioned on the banks of the River Ouse, Selby is a popular destination with shoppers. The town can offer a number of well-known high street stores right down to quaint tea rooms set back from the hustle and bustle. It also hosts what is considered to be one of the best open-air markets in Yorkshire – where each Monday shoppers descend on the town to snap up a bargain. For those looking to venture further afield either for work or play, Thorpe Willoughby is a comfortable distance from York (16 miles) and Leeds (20 miles) so you are never far away from some fantastic shopping opportunities, a wide selection of restaurants and of course, locations steeped in history. Excellent road links with A1 and M62 provide a central route to many other destinations around the UK. lindenhomes.co.uk/willebyheights Willeby Heights 19 18 Layout 1 17 16 Leeds Road VP 1 20 2 15 89 4 3 15 21 21 88 22 22 87 14 14 23 89 90 5 23 24 86 91 13 24 90 92 6 25 VP 91 93 25 26 79 92 13 26 VP 27 78 93 12 7 27 VP 28 75 77 7 28 85 76 83 84 29 81 85 75 80 82 84 8 Thorpe Willoughby 11 29 30 83 10 County Primary 82 30 31 81 31 School 9 9 74 80 Sub Play 32 Station 32 119 Area 73 33 149 119 98 33 Pump 149 120 97 Station 148 148 96 147 147 95 34 120 34 72 146 121 Footpath/ 146 Cycle path 99 145 145 35 71 72 144 121 35 144 99 143 143 122 100 101 36 142 94 100 36 70 142 37 37 141 141 122 101 102 123 102 103 38 140 38 69 103 104 39 39 118 105 104 40 123 105 107 40 124 117 106 41 41 68 116 42 VP 106 42 138 115 107 43 43 124 108 139 VP 109 44 125 110 45 67 139 VP 111 108 Pond 112 109 66 125 126 113 110 111 137 112 45 66 126 114 46 127 136 128 65 129 130 47 131 132 133 127 128 48 134 64 47 135 130 129 The Skelton 3 bedroom bungalow 131 49 48 Footpath/ Homes 45, 47, 48, 53, 54, 55 132 50 Cycle Link 133 49 63 135 135 134 The Everingham 3 bedrooms 51 50 Homes 8, 10 -12, 18, 77, 115 52 62 63 61 The Overton 3 bedroom bungalow 52 51 Homes 46, 49, 50 60 61 53 The Conisholme 3 bedrooms Dane Avenue Homes 13, 14, 20, 35, 80, 81, 89, 94, 60 54 121, 125, 126 VP 54 The Burnby 4 bedrooms 55 Homes 3- 6, 17, 64, 79, 87, 88, 95, 59 96, 116 55 56 The Allerthorpe 4 bedrooms 58 Homes 15, 32, 34, 60, 61, 99, 119, 124 57 The Hunsley 4 bedrooms Homes 2, 19, 56, 65, 67, 69, 70, 78, 86, 58 97, 98, 113, 114, 137, 140 The Riplingham 4 bedrooms Homes 1, 7, 9, 33, 51, 52, 58, 63, 66, 72, 75,120, 122, 123, 139 The Wyton 4 bedrooms Homes 16, 59, 68, 74, 118 Please note that boundary and legal plan details may vary The Hayton 4 bedrooms from those shown on this plan.
