BIOGRAPHY: KennaDee is a Singer-Songwriter based out of Syracuse, New York. A Southern native, she comes from a long line of Bluegrass and Country-Western musicians and joined the ranks at a very young age.
Primarily a vocalist in the beginning, KennaDee found herself involved in numerous music groups and ensembles…from the Navy Choir, the Rhode Island State Chorus, as well as various duo’s, trios and bands.
She eventually picked up the acoustic guitar, which eventually led her to trying her hand at song-writing. And she fell absolutely in love with it!
Today you can catch KennaDee performing at countless venues, benefits, and private throughout Central NY. She has also been featured on WAER’s Common Threads and Westcott Radio’s Hit-n-Mix (both hosted by Larry Hoyt) as well as CNYLive! hosted by Fred Reed. And in late 2019 she released her debut album “Gypsy Soul”.
TYPE OF MUSIC: KennaDee’s music incorporates elements of rock, folk, soul, country and pop…playing originals as well as popular covers.
GEAR: All sound equipment and lighting are provided at every show, producing a good clean sound that her customers love. She is committed to prompt setup and removal of gear, a great sound, and a real need to entertain the audience at a high level.
MARKETING: As an added benefit...she does her own marketing and works hard with her customers to heavily promote her shows in order to achieve the best outcome. She is a professional musician that takes pride in putting customers first by understanding the nature of their setting, the needs of the facility, and promoting the interests of the audience.
